The 90-120 minute sessions allow ample time to provide full body attention and incorporate stretching to further enhance your massage experience.
Deep Tissue/Deep muscle Massage

A more aggressive approach to reduce tension, deep tissue is ideal for clients looking to reduce and/or break up knots/adhesions and reduce/relieve pain from muscular issues. Pressure ranges from firm to very deep. The 60-90-120 minute sessions allow time to address multiple tense/problematic areas and also provide full body attention.
MLD - MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE
