Over 35 years ago I learned of the relief and relaxation that massage can provide. I continue to use massage for physical, mental, and emotional maintenance and preventive care.
My Mission
As a licensed massage therapist, I enjoy helping people retreat to a quiet place inside their mind so they can push aside all other concerns and focus on relaxation. This allows the body to begin sorting and healing itself right then and there in that moment.
